Proud prices, poor and unfriendly service. Coffee ok.

The rating is purely for the cafe - not the vantage point and certainly not the summer toboggan run - it's great // Unfriendly staff, water cocoa, the homemade lemonade tasted suspiciously like TriTop and it was too expensive. Typical tourist catch - without the preferred location they would have been broke long ago ...

Never been treated like this! Service very irritable and unfriendly. The receipt was thrown out to me And when I asked why he was so disrespectful to me, I got an aggressive answer "if I had a problem" In my opinion, no one deserves to be treated like that by a waitress. Wouldn't recommend this restaurant.

Best excursion spot during Corona times Delicious currywurst and onion cake with a glass of Federweisser. With the beautiful air here on the mountain, you can only feel good despite Corona. We would love to come back.

Was there today with my family. We love this place and also like to go there for my children who like to see the small museum (not possible due to Corona). Today we had coffee and cake and were served very nicely by the waitress who quickly took our orders despite a lot of stress and what we saw. Despite Corona, the Loreley is always very busy and the hygienic measures are still adhered to under these stressful conditions to be good and competent / as waiters we think it's great, that's why we like to go there. I can't understand all the negative comments. Well everyone feels it differently, anyway I think that you can't please some people with anything. So we'll be back!

Portion of french fries for 4 euros is ok, also good in taste. A cold currywurst is also available for just under 5 euros.

Unfortunately, the price / performance ratio is not quite right. It was all a little loveless and simple. Far too expensive for that. Service wasn't really attentive or friendly either. Lives mainly on the location. Next time we will try the beer garden around the corner.

Very nicely located and cozy atmosphere. One of the few places in the area that name and implement the Corona regulations in detail. Top for that! Delicious draft beer. Fast and courteous service. Kitchen for excursion restaurant top in order and delicious 🍨 for dessert!

Tourist hotspot and therefore, as with every well-visited destination, a rather higher price level. The cake was OK - not a revelation but not a complete failure either. Service is "expandable", toilets could be wiped more often, but where a lot of people come together ...

We wanted to have a quick drink before visiting the summer toboggan run. After we were completely ignored by 2 waitresses for 15 minutes, we left again ☹️ Service underground, toilets dirty. For the reasons mentioned above, I cannot comment on the quality of the food and drinks offered.

Hiked the Rheinsteig and asked the waiter to fill up my water bottle. This was refused with the advice that I can fill up the bottle in the public toilet. I would understand if something had really happened, there were hardly any guests.

Very unprofessional serving person threw the beer on the table and also the water almost thrown into the glass. Fingers on the glass edge are not very fresh. Certainly not in corona time. The waiter apparently took too long to choose an ice cream by a 5-year-old boy. When he also deliberately did not observe the distance of 1.5 meters, he said something to him. Rude response was the result. This kid is clearly not suited to work in the hospitality industry. His colleagues apologized for their colleague's behavior. A sad sight.

Never again!!! When he paid, he miscalculated 3 times, in the end it would be 10 € less. You can try it. Really unfriendly, you felt really uncomfortable.

Absolutely overwhelmed and stressed staff with little operation, paid toilet despite serving alcohol, toilets totally dirty, overpriced food and tasted like frozen goods. Drinks are simply poured to the greatest extent without demand, not for small children ... and no ice cream cones only cups. Never again ... if you couldn't give a star I would do it.

Was there with a group from abroad, very courteous cellars, gave us good advice about Loreley and the service was good too! The food was okay for the circumstances, after all one must not forget the gastronomy is going through a difficult phase and the business up there is definitely unpredictable. Cooking fresh is associated with costs (personnel and use of goods), had the fullest ratio! Ice cream was very tasty the cake also topped it off! Above all the great view my guests were thrilled!

Was there for lunch with wife, in-laws and grandchildren. The staff was quick and friendly. My wife and my in-laws ate the schnitzel and were pleasantly surprised. Both the presentation and the taste were very good. The grandson and I ate the bratwurst. It was delicious. The prices are completely ok for a tourist restaurant. We look forward to the next visit.

A scoop of ice cream costs € 1.50. That is quite a lot for German standards. The quality is now nothing special but not bad either. However, the balls are very very small for the proud price. A "ball" (more like peas) was enough, not recommended ... The service was also not very nice and pampy, because I like to look at all types of ice cream before I order.

First time visiting the area and loved it. The view is fantastic. Enjoyed my first curry wurst with fries and was great! Afterwards, we sat out in the open area and enjoyed the DJ's playing great music!! Real treat. Thank you for the xperience.

We went over Castle Katz and another vantage point here. The way was worth it.

Food is delicious.

The cake here is very good. The food is also great. The prices are a bit proud, but is just a tourist place. The service has a little catching up to do.
